WE HAVE A NEW BLOG

If you were wondering why it’s been so quiet around here lately, it’s because 1 month’s worth of late-night CSS/HTML epic battles were happening.

Last month I’ve attended a “branding and blog design e-course” and I’ve decided to redesign my website and rebrand to a new domain.

It will take me a while to move all my recipes to the new blog, please be patient :) I will try to post every other day to speed up the process. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

  • New recipes will be posted on as easy as Apple Pie. For older recipes, please come to Chilly Frosting
  • If you subscribed via email, don’t worry – it will remain the same
  • Social media accounts will be updated but you don’t have to do a thing –you’ll automatically be following “as easy as Apple Pie”. The Facebook page will have a new name next Thursday

I hope you will like the new home and thank you for your support :)

Zucchini Feta Cheese Muffins

Zucchini Feta Cheese Muffins

I had some leftover feta cheese from the chicken kale salad with blueberries and I decided to make these zucchini feta cheese muffins to use it up.   Zucchini muffins are healthier than your average muffins, since they don’t contain butter and only have 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Plus, they’re packed with zucchini that keeps them moist…
