Are you guys tired of cookies yet? I could make cookies every day, and I wouldn’t get tired of them.

As the lemon cookies and the key lime coconut crinkle cookies were a huge success, I decided to try a new version.

Carrot cinnamon crinkle cookies are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The spicy cinnamon harmonizes perfectly with the mellow flavor of the carrots.

I love the way crinkle cookies are covered in powdered sugar before baking and then they make these beautiful crackle pattern. Not to mention they taste delicious!…
